today is the day

it's friday and payday na already for me and at the same time today is my day to go to court and face the judge for my misdemeanor charge at the south san francisco district court. my misdemeanor charge is about our pet cat that got away when we were moving to a new resident and was found by the spca (animal cops) at the old place we left. she was found on the side ledge on the second floor of the apartment. me and my sons were looking for her for a long time in the neighborhood only to show up a week later. when the spca found her they have to use a ladder to get her down. and now i am being charge for a misdemeanor for not taking care of our cat. i don't what kind of penalty i have to pay. it could be a fine, community service, probation or jail time (probably this is for dui, drugs, or prostitution). mine is a lesser one. but then i still have to face the judge for it. i am ready to face my conviction. i am hoping and praying to God that i won't be prosecuted harshly for something that was not done by me nor committed by me other than our pet cat who did it to herself for getting me in this kind of mess. today is the day for me and i hope everything will turn out fine for me. wish me luck na lang today, folks. i don't even have a lawyer for my judgement day. because i'm just going to plead no contest to the judge today. it's a no-no win situation for me other than just go with the flow. i guess this is it na for me for today. it's almost time for me to get ready. my court hearing will be at 8:30 am. i'll just let you all know what kind of punishment i receive later on.
